Shipping Policy

Heads Up
Dead Drift Co. partners with international fulfillment suppliers to bring you quality gear at competitive prices. Most orders ship from overseas warehouses, which means delivery times are longer than domestic-only retailers. We appreciate your patience — your gear is worth the wait.Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number where available.
Delivery Estimates by Region

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the carrier system to update with scan events.
Some international shipments may have limited tracking visibility once handed off to the destination country's local postal service. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
Dead Drift Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, we cannot issue a refund for the original shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or a secure location at your address. If the package still cannot be located, contact us at support@reeldirty.co within 7 days of the delivery scan.
Dead Drift Co. is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered to the correct address and subsequently stolen. We recommend filing a claim with your local carrier or postal service.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at support@reeldirty.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly. See our Returns Policy for full details.
