Return Window

We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of delivery confirmation. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided by the carrier. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted, regardless of circumstances.

Eligible Return Reasons

We process refunds or replacements for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective (photo evidence required)
  • Wrong item received — different from what was ordered
  • Item significantly not as described on the product page
  • Package never arrived after 30 days post-shipment (tracking stalled)

Non-Eligible Returns

We are unable to process refunds or returns for the following:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery confirmation
  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse on undamaged, correctly shipped items
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery
  • Items without original packaging where packaging is required
  • Final sale or clearance items marked non-refundable at time of purchase

Photo Evidence Requirement

Important

All damage, defect, and wrong-item claims require photo or video evidence before a refund or replacement can be issued. Claims without supporting documentation cannot be processed.

When submitting a return request, please include:

  • Clear photos of the item(s) received, showing the issue
  • A photo of the outer packaging, including any visible damage to the box or mailer
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)

How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Email support@reeldirty.co with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps.
  3. If approved, you will receive instructions on whether to return the item or keep it (at our discretion, we may issue a refund without requiring a return for low-value items).
  4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is required, the following applies:

  • Defective or wrong items: We will provide a prepaid return label or issue a full refund without requiring a return, at our discretion.
  • All other approved returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item and would like a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
